Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup and deactivation
- Oversee automations and environment management, including record-triggered Flows and dashboards
- Conduct Discovery meetings with stakeholders to determine data needs and create relevant reports
- Respond to change requests and design effective solutions within the tech stack
- Facilitate new user training and ongoing professional development in coordination with the Training Department
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Certified Salesforce Administrator, with preference for Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II
- Proficient with Account Engagement and knowledgeable of related Marketing Operations needs
- Strong ability to translate user requirements into technical solutions
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for regular video conferencing

- Familiarity with Connected Apps
- Ability to interface professionally with various personality types, including senior management
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy
- Willingness to work extra hours during peak seasons with flexibility in return
