Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup and deactivation
  • Oversee automations and environment management, including record-triggered Flows and dashboards
  • Conduct Discovery meetings with stakeholders to determine data needs and create relevant reports
  • Respond to change requests and design effective solutions within the tech stack
  • Facilitate new user training and ongoing professional development in coordination with the Training Department
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator, with preference for Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II
  • Proficient with Account Engagement and knowledgeable of related Marketing Operations needs
  • Strong ability to translate user requirements into technical solutions
  • Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for regular video conferencing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Connected Apps
  • Ability to interface professionally with various personality types, including senior management
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy
  • Willingness to work extra hours during peak seasons with flexibility in return
