Job description

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveSalesforce Administratorto support and enhance our Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for day-to-day system maintenance, user support, and configuration updates across multiple Salesforce products, including Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Sales Cloud. Experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus.


Responsibilities

  • Perform daily administrative tasks such as user access management, report and dashboard creation, case triage, and end-user support.
  • Document change requests and collaborate with stakeholders to plan and deliver solutions.
  • Implement and enhance declarative configurations based on business requirements.
  • Adhere to established change management policies and procedures.
  • Optimize backend processes, including converting legacy automation to Flow, retiring outdated automations, and maintaining data hygiene.
  • Support the full development lifecycle, including deployments, validations, testing, peer reviews, and sprint planning.
  • Maintain and implement Salesforce-based solutions across multiple products.
  • Participate in meetings and perform related administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (required)
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
  • Service Cloud experience (required)
  • Platform App Builder Certification (preferred)
  • Experience with third-party Salesforce integrations (e.g., e-signature, document generation, survey tools) (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry (preferred)
