Global payments are not broken. Incentives are. Clearing has been deprioritised inside balance sheet driven institutions whose models rely on lending and interest. When liquidity takes priority over settlement, payments slow and certainty drops. The same financial institutions that distort clearing as providers are disadvantaged as users. They are forced into fragmented setups, inconsistent rails, duplicated compliance, and unpredictable timelines. Stablecoin shortcuts and treasury pooling treat symptoms at the surface, but almost no one is rebuilding the underlying infrastructure in each market.

Rebuilding clearing from the ground up. We are rebuilding clearing as its own specialist function. We act as a clearing and transaction banking partner for regulated institutions, with treasury built into the core so liquidity, settlement, and reconciliation sit in one controlled system. Our platform unifies global and local licenses, direct central bank clearing, and domestic rails. We allow clients to open named customer accounts in every market we operate, collecting funds and paying out through a single network while retaining full ownership of their customer relationships. Market expansion becomes as simple as one correspondent relationship, not hundreds.

About The Role

Role purpose
At Lorum, the Salesforce Administrator is not a "support" function; you are the Builder of our internal engine. This is a high-contribution, high-impact role. You are responsible for the hands-on execution, configuration, and maintenance of a platform that touches every corner of our business—from Sales and Marketing to Compliance and Treasury. You don't just design the blueprint; you build the house, wire the electricity, and ensure it can withstand a hurricane.

Key Responsibilities

• High-Velocity Contribution: You own the "Flow" architecture, the schema, and the automation logic. You ship high-quality configuration daily that solves real-world bottlenecks.
• Cross-Functional Infrastructure: You serve as the technical connective tissue between departments. You ensure that data flows seamlessly from a Lead in Marketing, through a Compliance KYC check, into a Sales opportunity, and out to our Core Banking ledger.
• Platform Ownership: You treat Salesforce as a mission-critical product. You manage the release cycle, handle the deployments, and ruthlessly prioritize the backlog to ensure we are building for scale, not just "fixing bugs."
• Data Integrity & Stewardship: You implement the deduplication, validation, and integration logic that ensures our reporting is 100% accurate, 100% of the time.
• Tooling & Integrations: You own the hands-on setup and management of our ecosystem—integrating Salesforce with Slack, DocuSign, Snowflake, and our custom-built US Clearing and Cash Management APIs.

Ideal Candidate

Must-Haves

• "In-the-Weeds" Experience: You have experience of a high-growth Fintech. You know where the platform "breaks" and how to prevent it.
• You can build complex, multi-layered flows that handle high data volumes without hitting governor limits.
• Fintech/US Market Fluency: You understand the data requirements for US financial services (e.g., entity structures, tax IDs, KYC/AML data points, and state-specific nuances).
• High-Agency Execution: You don't wait for a 10-page requirements document. You listen to a problem, prototype a solution in a Sandbox, and iterate with the stakeholder until it’s perfect.
• Technical Assertiveness: You have the confidence to tell a department head "No" if their request will clutter the schema or compromise system performance.

Technical Toolkit

• Deep Salesforce Knowledge: Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, and knowledge of salesforce specific permissions and user management.
• Environment Management: Hands-on experience with Sandboxes, Change Sets, or DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset/Copado).
• Data Management: Data Loader, SOQL, and Excel/SQL for large-scale data migrations and "clean-up" operations.
