Job summary

Empath Health is seeking a proactive Salesforce Administrator to optimize and support our Salesforce platform across the organization. You’ll partner with business stakeholders and IT to enhance system functionality, ensure data integrity, and drive user adoption in a mission-driven healthcare environment.

You will configure and maintain Salesforce, build reports and dashboards, support data quality, and help translate business needs into scalable solutions that support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (certification preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration tools and reporting capabilities.
• Experience managing data quality and using Data Loader for imports/exports.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Empath Health is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to optimize and support our Salesforce platform across the organization. In this role, you’ll partner closely with business stakeholders and IT to enhance system functionality, improve data integrity, and drive user adoption. This is a high-impact position where you will help shape how Salesforce supports key business processes, reporting, and strategic initiatives within a mission-driven healthcare environment.
