WS Development is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support the operational performance, stability, and continued evolution of our highly customized Salesforce platform. Salesforce is a critical, business-wide system, and this role plays a hands‑on, execution‑focused role in ensuring the platform runs reliably while continuously improving automation, reporting, data integrity, and overall user experience.
This position works closely with the Salesforce Lead/Business Analyst, development partners, and cross-functional teams across the organization, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills. The role serves as a key operational support function rather than a solution architect or primary developer, ensuring that Salesforce effectively supports WS Development's Retail Leasing operations and broader business needs. The ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical users is essential to supporting adoption and effective system use.
To be successful, the individual must be willing to learn and develop a strong understanding of WS Development's business practices — particularly within the Retail Leasing environment. A working knowledge of leasing workflows, deal stages, pipeline management, and operational metrics is critical to delivering effective reporting, dashboards, and system usability.
The ideal candidate is detail-driven, technically strong, responsive, and motivated to deliver high-quality system execution in a complex, highly customized Salesforce org.
