Established and growing multi-billion-dollar AUM independent wealth management firm seeks a Salesforce Administrator / Technology Solutions Specialist to optimize Salesforce while supporting broader technology initiatives, integrations, and internal systems. This is an opportunity to take ownership of important technology projects and help improve how the firm operates.

Highlights

• Customize Salesforce workflows, dashboards, automation, permissions, and user experience
• Support technology projects, integrations, client-facing applications, and outside vendor coordination
• Train staff and identify opportunities to improve the firm's technology environment
• $100,000-$150,000 base + up to $20,000 bonus, depending on experience, plus benefits

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-10 years of technology experience, including strong Salesforce administration skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal users and outside vendors
• Strong problem-solving and project ownership
• Financial or professional services experience preferred
• 5 days/week on-site
