Job summary

Dexian seeks a Systems Analyst with Salesforce administration experience and Seismic platform knowledge to amplify data-driven decisions across sales Enablement. You will work in a fast-paced Agile environment, owning data hygiene, governance, and analytics across CRM and related systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration with business and technology teams to design scalable solutions and improve data quality using Salesforce tools, ETL processes, and Power BI-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of application or production support experience.
• 3+ years applying systems analysis methods including requirements definition, data analysis, and data mapping.
• Partner with business and technology teams to design scalable solutions.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration using declarative tools.
• End-to-end ownership of Salesforce data hygiene and governance.
• Seismic expertise and platform knowledge.
• CRM & sales process knowledge (lead-to-opportunity, account hierarchies, pipeline stages).
• Data analytics background with large datasets.
• Data quality and governance experience; SOQL / Data Loader usage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to analyze problems and design sustainable solutions.
• Maintain Salesforce data quality and governance, including duplicates, validations and automation.
• Analyze data flows, identify issues and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• Support Seismic and CRM integrations within the sales enablement ecosystem.
• Document designs, knowledge base articles and user guides; communicate findings clearly.
