Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc. offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program beginning in June, with up to 40 hours per week. Interns participate in development workshops and work on meaningful projects across multiple tracks, from IT to analytics and more.

Interns are mentored by managers, gain practical experience, and deliver final presentations at the program's end. Housing is not provided, and remote work may be considered case-by-case.

Qualifications

• Must have or be pursuing a computing sciences/IT related degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact with staff at all levels.
• Enrolled in full-time undergraduate or graduate program and in good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administering Salesforce environments; manage user access and permissions.
• Create administrative reports in Salesforce; support diverse business projects.
• Work with a mentor; complete assignments based on business needs and priorities.
• Deliver presentations at internship completion; maintain confidentiality and privacy.
