Job summary

Tech Partners LLC is recruiting a Salesforce Administrator & Apex Developer for a 12-month contract in Oklahoma City. The role blends configuration and real APEX development, focusing on stability, performance, and enhancements of a critical Salesforce workforce solution.

The ideal candidate will manage forms, security, and data models while delivering scalable Salesforce solutions, working with stakeholders daily and meeting tight deadlines in a hybrid on/off-site setup.

Qualifications

Hands-on Salesforce experience with forms, security, and setup.
APEX development experience including classes and triggers.
Strong SOQL skills and cross-object queries.
Experience managing profiles, permission sets, and service accounts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder discovery skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Must be local to Oklahoma City metro or able to commute on-site 2 days/week.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce forms, page layouts, and record types.
Configure field-level security and validation rules.
Write, test, and maintain APEX classes, triggers, and test methods.
Write and optimize SOQL queries for performance.
Manage user profiles, permission sets, and access controls.
Troubleshoot day-to-day system issues to maintain stability.
Provide status updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
Work independently and manage workload to meet deadlines.
