Job summary

Russell Cellular is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative in Midland, TX to understand customer needs and provide tailored wireless products and services. You will embody Integrity, Expertise, Initiative, and Service while delivering exceptional customer experiences at a Verizon Authorized Retailer.

With a base rate of $12.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions, you can boost earnings to an average of $17.00 per hour with commission.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices with wireless services and outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns with the Marketing Department and community events.
• Contact current customers by phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations such as opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and administrative duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to accomplish daily/monthly sales goals.
