Russell Cellular Inc. is looking for a Wireless Sales Representative in Lowell, MA to deliver personalized customer service and identify wireless needs for customers.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate retail sales of cellular phones, tablets, watches and other devices with wireless services while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Create additional sales opportunities through marketing campaigns in cooperation with the Marketing Department and community events.
• Contact current customers via phone for additional sales opportunities.
• Develop up-to-date knowledge of Russell Cellular and wireless products; demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Handle daily store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, cash management, and office/administrative duties.
• Develop and monitor action plans to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
