Job summary

Russell Cellular in Michigan is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to help customers select devices, wireless plans, and services while delivering exceptional service. This role offers a base hourly rate of $13.73 plus uncapped commissions, with average earnings up to $18.73 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation

Compensation includes a $13.73 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission. While average earnings are up to $18.73 per hour, there is no cap on commissions, allowing high performers to increase their earnings beyond the average.
