Russell Cellular, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is seeking a Wireless Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and help customers choose devices, plans, and accessories. You will build lasting relationships and learn products through ongoing training in a fast-paced retail setting.

Base pay is $12.00 per hour with uncapped commissions, and average earnings can reach up to $17.00 per hour.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers with devices, wireless plans, accessories, and services.
• Ask questions, identify customer needs, and recommend personalized solutions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
• Support customers with account questions, device setup, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns.
• Generate sales opportunities through community outreach, customer follow-up, and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of the latest wireless products, services, and promotions through ongoing training.
• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Compensation

Compensation includes a $12.00 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission. While average earnings are up to $17.00 per hour, there is no cap on commissions, allowing high performers to increase their earnings beyond the average.
