Palm Beach Tan in Eureka, Missouri, is seeking energetic individuals to join our team as sales and guest services representatives. You will help customers choose tanning and wellness options while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

This role offers base pay with commission opportunities, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for training and growth within a leading brand in the tanning industry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Provide professional, upbeat customer consultations.
• Consult with customers on skin care, wellness options, sunbed and spray tanning options, while following Golden Rules of Tanning and all guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Handle cash transactions and oversee opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals.

Your Responsibilities:

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• At least 18 years old.


• Retail, Customer Service or Sales Experience helpful, but not required.


• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours per day.


• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.


• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
