Job Overview
The Sales Transformation & Enablement Manager for Hospital Solutions will oversee all field enablement activities for Omnicell's Point of Care (POC), XTA, and AWS product lines. The role involves developing and delivering tailored curricula to the sales team, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of hospital-focused solutions and their effective communication to clients. This position also manages all sales training programs related to Hospital Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead education initiatives on Omnicell’s Hospital Solutions (POC, XTA, AWS) for the sales team.
- Design, develop, and deliver specialized product training in collaboration with senior leaders, clinical teams, product teams, and marketing.
- Analyze sales performance and skill gaps to identify training needs.
- Manage ongoing development and training of sales personnel responsible for Hospital Solutions.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing to create comprehensive training curriculums.
- Prepare and execute educational content for new hires, field development, and product launches.
- Develop expertise in Hospital Solutions buyer personas, purchasing processes, and criteria, and transfer this knowledge to the sales team.
- Act as a liaison between product management and marketing during content development.
- Create certification methodologies to enhance knowledge and sales skills.
- Optimize sales enablement tools for Hospital Solutions to promote adoption.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metric-based analysis.
- Coordinate with other Transformation and Enablement Managers on sales methodology training and certification.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to promote a learning culture.
- Deliver training content using digital methods such as blended, synchronous, and asynchronous learning.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, clinical roles (nursing or pharmacy), training, or related fields, with proven results.
- Knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques.
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, enthusiasm for training, and teamwork.
- Deep understanding of field sales structures, processes, and culture.
- Excellent influencing, interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills, with leadership and coaching ability.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization.
- Project and program management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Clinical background preferred.
- Knowledge of hospital pharmacy automation systems, specifically POC, XTA, and AWS.
- Experience with complex sales processes.
- Creative and goal-oriented, with a data-driven approach.
- Independent and strategic thinker.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to set and measure KPIs.
Working Conditions
- Remote work setup.
