We are looking for a Sales Training Specialist to lead the execution of sales training programs, rollout of new tools and processes, and the operationalization of sales plays. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that sales teams are fully equipped to adopt new capabilities and perform at high level in the field. The ideal candidate combines sales process understanding, excellent training facilitation skills, and the ability to drive field execution in a structured, scalable way.

You will:

  • Track sales play adoption and effectiveness, gather feedback from sales teams, and recommend improvements.
  • Support sales leaders and managers with tools to coach their team on sales play execution.

Sales Training & Enablement Delivery

  • Deliver engaging and effective sales training sessions (virtual and in-person) to support new processes, tools and methodologies.
  • Support onboarding of new sales hires with structured training programs that accelerate time-to-productivity.
  • Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and adjust content based on feedback and performance results.

Processes and Tool Rollout

  • Drive adoption of new sales tools and technologies providing training, documentation and support to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate to translate complex processes into simple, actionable steps for the field
  • Act a change champion to support the rollout of new sales systems, tools and ways of working.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, sales operations, or a similar field-facing role
  • Experience in B2B sales environments, preferably with field or inside sales teams
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g. Salesforce, BigTinCan, etc)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and project management skills
  • Background in instructional design and/or creating sales playbooks is a big plus.

Compensation:

For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated annualized base pay range will be from $71,000 - $131,800/ year.
