What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement effective training strategies for sales teams
- Assess and analyze learning needs of the sales organization to translate them into training requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Five years of experience in learning and development or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration in a Fortune 500 corporate environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to travel as needed
