Sales Training Manager - Rare Disease
What you will do
In this vital role, the Sales Training Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the sales training curriculum for KRYSTEXXA in the United States. You will serve as the primary training lead for the KRYSTEXXA sales team and lead the development of product, disease state and any associated training needs. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, diligent, and self-motivated individual that excels in a fast-paced environment and is interested in joining a growing organization.
Success in this role will require strong cross-functional relationships, crucial communications, tactical plans supporting the brand strategy, and a dedication to an impactful Commercial Training and Development culture.
