Job description

Are you ready to take the wheel and drive success? As a full-time Sales Trainer at SIXT, you’ll be at the heart of our dynamic operations, ensuring every detail aligns for a seamless process. This person will oversee all in-person and virtual instructor-led training programs and manage all related training content. Apply now!

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
  1. You oversee and lead all classroom-led and virtual training programs with a sales focus, e.g., for telephone and video calls.
  2. You lead coaching sessions with the sales team, e.g., during telephone and video calls, including following-up on discussed improvements.
  3. You manage participants' performance and provide coaching/feedback as needed.
  4. You handle all training materials and updates to align with operational sales needs and to ensure that changes in product, policy, procedures, etc., are reflected.
  5. You evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback from the sales team via our internal LMS.
  6. You liaise with business partners, business owners, and subject matter experts for content review and maintenance.
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
  1. Experience: 2-4 years of sales experience required, preferably in the mobility, tourism, or trade sector.
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar; authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  3. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office applications.
  4. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with team-based project experience.
  5. Commitment to Excellence: Success-oriented and willing to handle multiple tasks.
  6. Travel: Flexible and willing to travel within the designated territory.
