Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling invites you to join our Sales Instructional Design Internship for Summer 2027. This full-time, 12-week program supports our Customer & Commercial Capability Team and delivers hands-on experience in designing sales training solutions that drive growth.

You will work on content creation, eLearning, and AI-enabled learning experiences, collaborating with leaders and SMEs to develop effective programs for frontline associates and customer-facing teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Interview leaders and SMEs to gather training needs.
• Develop learning materials, job aids, videos, and digital content.
• Support eLearning and AI-enabled learning experiences.
• Assist in designing training programs for frontline teams and leaders.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Meet project deliverables and deadlines with guidance from Intern Manager.
• Contribute to content creation and learner engagement strategies.
