Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is offering a Leadership Instructional Design Internship for current undergraduates or graduates, supporting the Leadership Capabilities team for about 12 weeks in Summer 2027. The role focuses on leadership development, learning design, stakeholder engagement, and learner communications.

The intern will interview leaders, analyze data to identify needs, and help create learning materials while partnering with the team to enhance learner engagement and reinforcement

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.”

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks with guidance from Intern Manager.
• Meet and/or exceed project deliverables and deadlines.
• Develop technical expertise as needed for the internship.
• Develop business acumen by learning opportunities.
• Apply academic knowledge to the internship with a professional approach.
