Training and Talent Lead

One of our long term clients is hiring a Training and Talent Lead. If you have built and run training in fast moving environments, this one is worth a look.

The company operates in the creator economy. Their core business supports content creators through high volume sales operations, mostly chat based. We have helped them scale to over 100 hires in the past year. The team is growing fast, and now they are looking for someone to take their training and onboarding process to the next level.

You will work closely with the person currently leading training and gradually take over a large part of the process. Expect a mix of facilitation, structure building, and vetting. This is not a passive trainer role. You will be reviewing live sessions, deciding who is ready to move forward, and helping refine how new sales talent is brought in and set up for success.

This is not a corporate learning and development job. It is a hands-on role inside a remote first team that moves fast, adapts often, and values clear thinking over polished decks.

What you will do

  • Lead and improve a multi day virtual training program for junior sales staff
  • Assess new candidates during onboarding and decide who is a fit to move forward
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to keep training aligned with team needs
  • Document outcomes, track progress, and organize materials in a scalable way
  • Help build structure as the company continues to grow

What we are looking for

  • Strong training experience, ideally with sales teams or commercial roles
  • Comfortable leading full day sessions over Google Meet, live and unscripted
  • Good eye for spotting sales potential and communication issues early
  • Solid experience in remote first environments
  • Organized, proactive, and unafraid to build what does not yet exist
