We are looking for an experienced professional to drive the development of strategic relationships with business partners across the technology ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate with resellers, system integrators, consultancies, and service providers to support and grow their ability to deliver value-added solutions to end clients. Your focus will be on building trusted, long-term partnerships that result in mutual revenue growth. Rather than engaging in direct sales to end customers, you will support a network of partners by equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and support needed to effectively position our solutions in the market. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales capabilities with a collaborative, consultative approach to relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing Partner Specialists,
- ensure that all Partner Specialists are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in their role,
- provide ongoing support and coaching to Partner Specialists,
- evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as needed,
- staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices,
- collaborate with other members of the Training and Development team to develop a comprehensive training program for Partner Specialists.
Responsibilities:
- bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field,
- 3+ years of experience in training and development,
- experience in developing and delivering training programs for adults,
- strong understanding of the Partner Specialist role,
- advance English language proficiency with C1 certification,
- good understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation concept,
- cloud Digital Leader or any other cloud certification is a big advantage,
- understands the Sales Pipeline management and Sales cycle,
- ability to work against revenue and pipeline related targets as well as work under pressure and tight deadlines,
- being a true team player - ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders across different teams,
- excellent time management skills,
- ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
