Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Trainer. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for delivering sales training programs and providing ongoing training and development to the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include preparing training materials, conducting In Person and Virtual, training sessions, and monitoring the effectiveness of training programs to ensure enhanced customer service and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Presentation Skills and Sales or Sales Training experience
- Expertise in Training & Development
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in the legal or privacy protection industry is a plus
- Understanding of Group Insurance Benefits Fairs and Open Enrollment meetings will be beneficial
- Bilingual is a plus
