What You’ll Do:

1. Learn the Business: Rotate through assignments to understand our industry, products, sales methodology, territory management, and departmental duties. Transition into a role that suits your talents upon program completion.
2. Learn the Vulcan Way of Selling: Develop skills in building and servicing customer bases, focusing on sales, service, and receivables collection to improve profits.
3. Develop and Maintain Business Relationships: Grow and maintain accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality product delivery.
4. Grow and Develop the Business: Prospect new leads, develop markets, and maximize market penetration.
5. Develop Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement market plans, and prepare status reports on territory trends and activities.
6. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned.
