You will meet with individuals and teams in person, present workplace insurance benefits, and start building your own client pipeline under mentorship. No prior sales experience is required; a positive attitude and coachable mindset are essential as you train toward licensing in health and life insurance.

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; willingness to learn and grow.
• Must obtain Health and Life Insurance license before start date; licensing process assisted by onboarding team.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and teams in person to present offerings.
• Present workplace supplemental insurance benefits and protect families.
• Generate leads and build your own pipeline with follow-ups.
• Collaborate with teammates and mentors in and out of the field.
• Learn to close deals and manage long-term client relationships.
