Job summary

Graybar in Norcross, GA seeks a Sales Trainee to learn the electrical distribution business and Graybar’s sales process through formal training and hands-on learning.

You will rotate through Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, and Project processes, build product knowledge, and prepare for a sales career with ongoing development and a clear advancement path. Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with pay starting at $24 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive and operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn Graybar’s sales and distribution process.
• Develop product knowledge of electrical, communications, and security equipment.
• Rotate through different areas of the business including sales, logistics, customer service, transactional and project processes.
