The program exposes interns to residential flooring products, sales processes, and cross-functional business operations at Shaw's Dalton HQ, with opportunities to travel across the United States to shadow Territory Managers and engage customers. Qualifications

• Rising college senior pursuing a degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and professionalism.
• Interest in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the internship program.

Responsibilities

• Travel with Territory Managers and other sales leaders in the market.
• Gain knowledge of Shaw's residential flooring products, including carpet and hard surface solutions.
• Participate in customer visits, sales meetings, and relationship-building activities with retail partners and distributors.
• Network with Shaw associates across multiple business functions.
• Assist with product displays and product knowledge sessions.
• Develop an understanding of the residential sales process and customer lifecycle.
