Modern Woodmen of America is seeking two Sales Trainees from markets including St. Louis, MO, St. Paul, MN, Boise, ID, Portland, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, or Las Vegas, NV. Trainees will undergo a structured training program to develop skills for a sales management role. The position requires obtaining industry licenses, with hands-on experience in sales, account management, customer relationships, and team leadership. Relocation to Rock Island, IL, is required for approximately twelve months, after which you will return to your community to apply your skills.

Responsibilities
  • Learn about Modern Woodmen products, sales processes, and operations.
  • Support sales activities like lead generation, cold calling, and qualifying prospects.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Maintain sales records and CRM systems.
  • Participate in training sessions and shadow senior managers.
  • Analyze performance metrics and assist in sales reporting.
  • Manage accounts and take initiative on projects.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
  • Ability to obtain Life and Health licenses.
  • Ability to obtain FINRA securities licenses (SIE, Series 6, 63, 26).
  • Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
