Red Bull Distribution Company is offering a Sales Trainee program designed to prepare you for an Account Sales Manager role. The role focuses on supporting sales initiatives and ensuring coverage for ASM during vacations, sickness, or special projects.

You will work to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations for large and small format off-premise stores, delivering service that aligns with Red Bull standards.

Qualifikationen

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness, or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for large and small format off-premise stores.
• Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, displays and merchandising.
• Train with ASMs and cover ASM routes as needed.
• The ST role is a training position with potential to interview for ASM roles upon completion.
