3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of custom window treatments, offering in-home design consultations and a path to uncapped earnings. As a Design Consultant, you will visit clients in their homes, advise on styles, and guide them through the buying process to close sales.

Training is provided, and your territory is your office, with support and upgrades from a national brand. Enjoy a high-earning potential with commissions, plus company-provided appointments and tools.

What You’ll Do

Who you are

• A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about
• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential
• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office

Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles. No prior design experience required— we’ll trainyou.
