3 Day Blinds is actively seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, tailor window treatments to their style and budget, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

You'll manage your own schedule, receive four weeks of paid training, and benefit from uncapped earning potential with company-provided appointments and a strong support network within a national brand. Travel locally and build lasting client relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation

• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week
