3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer offering custom window treatments. Design Consultants meet clients in Homes, helping design beautiful solutions and guiding buyers to confident decisions in a single visit.

Full-time role with company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential. You’ll travel locally, manage your own schedule, and grow within a national brand.

You'll meet clients in their homes, help them design beautiful, custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision, all in a single visit. With company-provided appointments, three weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you'll have everything you need to build a high-impact career from day one. This is a full-time opportunity.

What you'll do

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation

Who you are

Backgrounds that do well here include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast‑paced client‑facing roles. No prior design experience required — we'll train you.
