This is a training role designed to prepare the Sales Trainee for the Account Sales Manager position. The primary responsibilities include supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage during vacations, sickness, or special projects. The ST will collaborate with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for various stores. The role requires servicing customers professionally, safely, and in line with Red Bull standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Training: Participate in a training program with the opportunity to interview for ASM roles upon completion. The role may extend up to 12 months based on performance and availability of roles, with possible extensions for high performers.
• Business Acumen: Learn about Red Bull products and build brand presence through proper product rotation and maintaining customer relationships.
• Daily Preparation: Gather necessary tools and communicate priorities with managers.
• In-Route Support: Support in-store execution strategies, route coverage, and meet daily KPIs related to sales and merchandising.
• Off-Route Support: Assist with audits, merchandising, and other sales-driving activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• English proficiency; additional languages are advantageous
