Cintas is seeking a Sales Trainee to participate in an extensive, well-structured sales development program designed to provide strong knowledge in all aspects of our business. The training program combines a series of assignments in various departments; such as General Office Operations, Service Operationsand Production Operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

The purpose of the program is to prepare the Sales Trainee for a successful career in Sales. The training program combines a series of assignments in various departments; such as General Office Operations, Service Operationsand Production Operations. Driving a company or personal vehicle is required. Upon successful completion of the program, Sales Trainees have the opportunity to pursue a sales/marketing career with Cintas which could include Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Sales Director and other sales/marketing leadership positions.
