Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Sales Trainee to join a structured sales development program that builds knowledge across General Office, Service, and Production operations. You will prospect, schedule appointments, prepare presentations and sales reports, and collaborate with Sales and Service teams to drive customer satisfaction.

Successful completion opens paths to roles such as Sales Representative, Sales Manager, or Sales Director, with potential growth into leadership

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Sales Trainee to participate in an extensive, well-structured sales development program designed to provide strong knowledge in all aspects of our business. The purpose of the program is to prepare the Sales Trainee for a successful career in Sales. The training program combines a series of assignments in various departments; such as General Office Operations, Service Operationsand Production Operations. Responsibilities includeprospecting;setting appointments;preparing presentations and sales reports; and working with Sales and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Driving a company or personal vehicle is required. Upon successful completion of the program, Sales Trainees have the opportunity to pursue a sales/marketing career with Cintas which could include Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Sales Director and other sales/marketing leadership positions.
