Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Trainee to prepare for roles in Account Representation or Customer Service. The program includes shadowing in sales and customer service, warehouse experience, and participation in training classes led by the Training Department.

You will gain exposure to product lines, customer base, and shipping/receiving processes. The role emphasizes development in presentation skills, branch operations, and leadership through structured classes.

Summary

The Sales Trainee allows the employee to prepare for a role as an Account Representative or a Customer Service Representative. During this period, the Sales Trainee shadows account representatives and customer service representatives to gain experience in sales, company product lines, as well as customer base. Additionally, the Trainee works in the branch's warehouse to become familiar with shipping and receiving, inventory, and delivery functions. The Trainee also participates in various online and satellite class settings that are conducted by the company's Training Department. These classes include, but are not limited to: product, sales, and leadership training.

Job Duties

Education & Experience

Pay is from $27.10 - $35.21 USD Hourly
