An established industry player is seeking a Sales Tools Trainer to enhance the sales technology ecosystem. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs, managing training materials, and ensuring effective tool adoption across sales processes. The Sales Tools Trainer will align with WTW's broader technology strategy and manage training requirements for our sales tools required by segment and business. This role will partner closely with the champions and business to improve the overall best practices in our internal/external sales tools, provide proactive training, manage training materials and monitor the adoption of tools across associated sales processes. This role will foster growth and effective decision making by understanding and improving the comprehensive sales technology ecosystem and managing the training of best practices within the utilization of our sales tools.

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $67,000-$73,000 USD.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
