Sales, Territory Manager - Sleep and Respiratory Care (Little Rock, AR)

Job Description

Be an integral part of the dynamic Philips Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC) team as an experienced Territory Manager. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this position offers you the opportunity to play a vital role in increasing market penetration and driving the growth of Philips SRC Patient Interface products and services within the Little Rock Territory.

Your role:
  • Represent and sell Philips SRC Patient Interface portfolio of products and services in the territory, differentiating from competitors through consultative selling and executing defined sales messaging. Serve as the territory expert for the Philips SRC Patient Interface product and service portfolio, including Care Orchestrator.
  • Meet/exceed assigned sales quotas for Patient Interface products in the territory. Execute Philips Sleep and Respiratory Care Sales and Marketing initiatives, documenting sales calls through salesforce.com.
  • Develop professional relationships with key opinion leader prescribing physicians, office staff, Sleep Center and DME stakeholders, and decision-makers. Promote Philips SRC Patient Interface products and services, including Philips SRC Mask Selector 2D and Care Orchestrator, and ask for prescriptions and DME orders.
  • Execute long-term customer purchasing agreements to achieve annual growth targets and sales quotas for the territory.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, demonstrating effective time and territory management across top customer targets, including key opinion leader sleep physicians, sleep labs, office staff, corporate accounts, and independent DME customers. Aim for at least 4 of 5 business days each week in the territory.
You're the right fit if:
  • You have a High School Diploma or equivalent; a BS/BA or higher in sales, marketing, business, or clinical studies is preferred.
  • You have 3+ years of successful, quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in medical devices or home care, selling to DME companies, home care dealers, physicians, sleep labs, or hospital discharge planners.
  • You possess consultative selling skills; experience selling Sleep therapy Patient Interface products is strongly preferred.
  • You can use a vehicle for travel, occasionally lift and transport medical devices up to 100 pounds, and frequently lift devices up to 25 pounds. Travel within the territory is up to 50%.
  • You can perform the physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements of the role with or without accommodations.
How we work together

We believe that we are better together. Office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence at company facilities, while field roles are primarily outside the main facilities, at customer or supplier locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings include base salary plus target incentive, ranging from $143,000 to $164,000 annually at 85%-120% performance, plus a company fleet/car. Total compensation varies with individual performance.
