Job Title: Sales, Territory Manager - Sleep and Respiratory Care (Little Rock, AR)

Job Description

Be an integral part of the dynamic Philips Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC) team as an experienced Territory Manager. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this position offers you the opportunity to play a vital role in increasing market penetration and driving the growth of Philips SRC Patient Interface products and services within the Little Rock Territory.

Your role:

  1. Represent and sell Philips SRC Patient Interface portfolio of products and services in the territory, differentiating vs. competitor products through consultative selling and executing defined sales messaging. Serve as the territory expert for the Philips SRC Patient Interface product and service portfolio, Care Orchestrator.
  2. Meet/exceed assigned sales quotas for Patient Interface in the territory. Execute Philips Sleep and Respiratory Care Sales and Marketing initiatives, documenting sales calls through salesforce.com.
  3. Develop professional relationships with key opinion leader prescribing physicians, office staff, Sleep Center and DME stakeholder influencers, decision makers, selling Philips SRC Patient Interface products and services including Philips SRC Mask Selector 2D and Care Orchestrator. Ask for Patient Interface prescriptions and DME orders.
  4. Execute long-term customer purchasing agreements to achieve annual growth targets and sales quotas for the territory.
  5. Identify and execute a regular schedule of sales calls, demonstrating effective time and territory management across top customer targets, including sleep therapy physicians, sleep labs, office staff, corporate account locations, and independent DME customers. Minimum of 4 out of 5 business days each week in the territory.

You're the right fit if:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA or higher in sales, marketing, business, or clinical studies preferred.
  2. 3+ years of successful, quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in medical devices or home care, selling to DME companies, physician offices, sleep labs, or hospitals.
  3. Consultative selling skills required; experience with Sleep therapy Patient Interface products strongly preferred.
  4. Ability to use vehicles for travel, occasionally lift devices up to 100 pounds, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Travel within the territory up to 50%.
  5. Ability to perform physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodations.

How we work together

We believe in collaboration. Office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles are full-time at company facilities, while field roles are primarily outside of main facilities at customer or supplier locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings range from $143,000 to $164,000 annually, plus company vehicle, based on performance (85%-120%). Total compensation includes base salary, incentives, and benefits such as PTO, 401k, HSA, stock purchase, and education reimbursement. More details here.

Additional Information

US work authorization required; sponsorship not available. Residence within or commuting distance to Little Rock, AR is necessary.
