Total Wine & More in Houston, TX is seeking Service Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, advise on wine and related products, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include stocking, displaying, assisting with curbside pickup and delivery, and maintaining store safety and compliance with alcohol regulations. Flexible availability, 21+ age, and basic POS familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, stand and lift as required by store duties.

Responsabilités

• Deliver service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products.
• Maximize product inventory and stock merchandise on the floor and end caps.
• Build displays, signage, and participate in merchandising tasks.
• Support curbside and in-store pickup/delivery when assigned.

About the roleAll Store Team Members play an essential role in building the company brand by delivering excellent customer service. You will provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products. While both part-time and full-time positions generally focus on sales responsibilities, you may also be assigned merchandising, front end or other responsibilities as needed.
