Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help maintain inventory and displays. You will greet customers, advise on products, and assist with in-store or curbside pickup and delivery as needed.

Responsibilities include stocking, organizing inventory, and ensuring store safety and regulatory compliance while participating in training to expand product knowledge across wine, spirits, and beer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products.
• Maximize product inventory including pulling and stocking merchandise and building displays.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pick-up and delivery services where applicable.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and adhere to alcohol sale laws.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned.

About the roleAll Store Team Members play an essential role in building the company brand by delivering excellent customer service. You will provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising them on products. While both part-time and full-time positions generally focus on sales responsibilities, you may also be assigned merchandising, front end or other responsibilities as needed.
