This is a mostly remote job with some travel, and we are seeking candidates who live in (or can relocate to) southern New Hampshire, Massachusetts, or Connecticut.

Nature’s Classroom New England is the largest overnight, hands-on, nature/science/SEL based outdoor education program in the northeast. We provide programming for thousands of elementary and middle school students across New England each year! Each spring and fall we host students at our 7 beautiful sites. During their 1-5 day stay, students participate in an exciting variety of day and night time activities, facilitated by Nature’s Classroom instructors.
Job Responsibilities:
This is a unique, multi-faceted opportunity to provide a profound and lasting impact on thousands of school students annually. We are seeking a Sales Team Member, with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to help deliver a safe program at a multi-location enterprise. The Sales Team Member would preferably have past outdoor education experience and must be highly organized and capable of working within a team environment.This is a mostly remote job with some travel, and we are seeking candidates who live in (or can relocate to) southern New Hampshire, Massachusetts, or Connecticut.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Learn and use HubSpot software and Gmail to contact schools
● Use Social Media, including LinkedIn to contact teachers, schools, education organizations, associations, and groups.
● Email contacts multiple times over the year
● Visit schools as needed for outreach and program awareness
● Attend conferences and educator meetings throughout the year.
● Recruit new schools through outreach campaigns every year
● Making Cold Calls
● Keeping detailed notes about each school contact
● Mandatory training and use of a company approved day planner.
● Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
● Previous experience working with email outreach
● Ability to work with a computer 8 hours a day
● General google email knowledge/experience
● Knowledge of outdoor education, and what that entails
$40,000 with benefits and 2.5% commission on sales.
