RAINTREE ATHLETIC CLUB’S EXPECTATION

Raintree Athletic Club is the only locally owned and operated full-service health club in Fort Collins. It is the expectation of all RAC Team Members to come to Raintree each and every day on “Purpose,” inspiring growth & impacting lives, while using our values to help guide decisions. It is also an expectation to use and understand the “tools” of Safe Space, Kind vs Nice, Karpman’s Drama Triangle, Be-Do-Have, and the learning scale, while representing Raintree and each other.

JOB SUMMARY

The Membership Sales Manager will uphold the Raintree Athletic Club's Purpose and Values and will lead the Membership Team per the Membership guidelines and systems, interacting with RAC members and guests to ensure their experience is legendary. The Membership Sales Manager shows courageous leadership by ethically inspiring others to be their best selves. To act courageously for what is right.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Live the Purpose and uphold the Values
  • Create and maintain a culture based on RAC Purpose and Values
  • Support and nurture a team environment
  • Liaison between the Sales and Marketing Director and Club Specialists in all systems, policies, and promotions
  • Responsible for SEAA scores, first and second interviews, new team member training, and scheduling
  • Train and provide feedback and real-time coaching to Team Members
  • Support with hiring
  • Greet and tour guests, prospects & members
  • Provide direction for members on activities, services, motivational tips & tools available.
  • Coach for consistency; follow up on team notes & tour tracking; provide continued training/ideas for team building
  • Support with Perkville member referral program
  • Owns onboarding and retention systems
  • Support Hospitality & Member Services Office
  • Provide support in special events & outreach
  • Responsible for onboarding new CS Team Members
  • Responsible for scheduling of CS Team Members
  • Supports with Max Members systems and training to support CS’s
  • Daily Max Members audits
  • Daily JOL (join online) audits
  • Weekly membership sales audits
  • Run/organize weekly/bi-weekly ongoing sales training meetings
  • Weekly one-on-one meetings with each CS
  • Monthly meetings with the entire sales team
  • Owns sales goals and revenue growth
  • Own the Corporate Membership system
  • Develop weekly/monthly goals for the sales team
  • Analyze demographic trends and competitor promotions to optimize monthly membership promos
  • Other duties as assigned: be open to adapt as the position grows and changes
  • Lead ongoing sales training to the CS team
  • Assist with outbound marketing
  • Assist with Alive sales systems.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to think on feet, be creative, be organized, and show strong supportive leadership. Have excellent phone, computer, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to give customized tours.
  • Ability to use DataTrak/ABC
  • Ability to use Max Members
  • Basic computer and phone skills.
  • Understanding of ALIVE and Raintree Athletic Club membership options
  • Basic understanding of the fitness industry
  • High level of knowledge of sales and sales techniques

CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (must be obtained within 45 days of hire)
  • Purpose & Values Training (must be obtained within 45 days of hire)
  • Must have at least 2 years of sales experience
