• Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Lead direct sales in your territory and balance sales goals with training/mentorship of new team members.
• Engage with business owners, benefits managers, and employees; present to groups of 50–100+ when needed.
• Drive growth by applying effective sales strategies and maintaining high customer service standards.
