Sales Team Leader - EMEAI (Imaris Software)

Oxford Instruments Andor is devoted to accelerating scientific advancements with products that make a real difference. We seek a Sales Team Leader to develop and execute sales strategies for Life Sciences, focusing on our Imaris software in the EMEAI markets.

The role involves managing and developing Regional Sales Engineers and Applications Staff, overseeing strategic and operational plans, and managing your own sales territory in the UK.

Key Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in science or equivalent experience in a life sciences discipline
  • At least 3 years of direct sales experience within the Photonics Industry and managing a sales territory
  • Extensive sales experience, including line management or mentoring/coaching a team, with experience in designing channel infrastructure for direct and indirect sales across diverse markets
