Karl Chevrolet in Marshalltown, IA is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Team Leader to guide our high-volume sales department. You will motivate the team, coach consultants, and help deliver a best-in-class guest experience on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of automotive sales, a proven track record closing deals, strong leadership, and comfort with CRM tools like DriveCentric and VAuto. We offer growth, generous incentives, and a supportive culture.
