Position Overview

As a Sales Team Lead, you will oversee store operations during your shift, guide clerks, manage customer service, handle transactions, stock shelves, and ensure store cleanliness. You will also train staff and manage shift reports related to inventory and cash handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a shift, ensuring smooth operations and guiding clerks.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Manage sales transactions with a computerized register.
• Unload shipments, stock shelves, and build displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and a positive environment.
• Train and supervise lower-level clerks.
• Complete shift reports and handle cash and inventory issues.

Work Schedule & Additional Info

• Full-time, 75 hours bi-weekly.

Qualifications

• Six months of retail sales experience or as a Liquor Store Clerk 1 or equivalent.
• Must meet PA residency requirements.
