Position Title: SALES TEAM LEAD

Role Summary

The Sales Team Lead supports the Store Sales Manager in driving sales, executing operational functions, and delivering excellent customer service. This role provides leadership, guidance, and operational support to the team, focusing on day-to-day sales results and shared responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Assist in achieving sales goals, perform Manager on Duty shifts, participate in sales activities.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, train team, resolve customer issues.
• Team Leadership: Support performance expectations, motivate team, provide coaching, communicate concerns.
• Product Knowledge & Visual Merchandising: Stay updated on key products, train team, ensure proper displays.
• Departments of Responsibilities: Understand and execute shared responsibilities, flexible to perform different duties as needed.

Leadership & Compliance

• Ensure team adherence to policies, promote safety, perform opening/closing procedures, ensure compliance with laws.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Retail or sales experience, leadership skills, proactive attitude, multitasking, strong communication, problem-solving, ability to learn POS systems.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., perform physical tasks as needed.
