Position Title: SALES TEAM LEAD
Role Summary

A Sales Team Lead supports the Store Sales Manager in driving sales, executing operational functions, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves leadership, guidance, and operational support to the team.

All Sales Team Leads are responsible for supporting shared responsibilities focused on daily sales results.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Assist in achieving sales goals, perform Manager on Duty shifts, participate in sales activities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, train team, handle complaints professionally.
  • Team Leadership: Hold team accountable, motivate, communicate concerns, and offer coaching.
  • Product Knowledge & Visual Merchandising: Stay updated on products, train team, ensure proper display.
  • Departments of Responsibilities: Understand and execute shared responsibilities, flexible to change departments.
General Leadership Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and legal standards.
  • Perform opening/closing procedures, manage store security and deposits.
  • Drive legal compliance including OSHA and local laws.
Required Skills/Abilities
  • Experience in retail or sales environment.
  • Leadership and delegation skills.
  • Proactive, confident, and adaptable.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to learn POS systems and report analysis.
Physical Requirements
